Filing a DMCA Notice

Your notice must include the following:

Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will make a good faith effort to contact the party who posted the content so they may file a counter-notification if applicable.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with the required information as specified by the DMCA.

Repeat Infringers

We may terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
